He is here and ready for an epic trip through South Africa, adventure, cooking, filming and loads of eating.

He will be in Durban for a cook off again Rick Stein at Good Food and Wine Show  – starting 30 November to the 1 October 2015. So catch him there at the hugely popular Celebrity Chefs Theatre. Where local and International chefs come together to cook up a food storm, show their culinary expertise and demonstrate their superstardom in the kitchen.

Went over to Robben Island and saw the maximum security prison where Mandela was locked up for over 18 years. What an eye opener. Took this shot on the ferry back to Cape Town. #capetown #southafrica #travel #adventure #MeetCapetown

I had to add this pic. Went to the test kitchen for lunch which was amazing but walked 100mtrs to a local bar which i dont think a tourist has ever been to and enjoyed the arvo with the people who make this city amazing. Felt so comfortable and heard some mind blowingly crazy stories. Also found a new fav local beer thats cheap as chips and delish. I prefer this over any of the more premium drops. LANGA, Western Cape. Township tour. Some of the pics I've taken are confronting but its the reality of life in poverty. Picture living in a shipping container where temperatures reach 40+ in the summer, no air con, no sanitation, no shower to cool off and communal toilets. Food is scarce and crime is high. It paints a grim picture but walking through and seeing so many smiles and happy faces makes you question what our perception of important is in life. I was hugged, kissed and welcomed like I had just walked into heaven. Such an amazing experience, one that touches the heart and something ill never forget. #lovecapetown #southafrica #langa #travel

MUST GO TO Mzolis meats. South African Braai ❤. Just out from the township of Langa is this absolute gem. Rows and rows of open fire coal bbq. Get in early because on weekends you can wait 3 hours to get your meal. Made famous by @jamieoliver and is kicking some serious ass. #braai #capetown #southafrica #travel #foodporn

Petite little oysters last night at the @goodfoodsa launch. These little beauties are grown here, specifically for @theoysterbox hotel. 4 years of the natural ageing process and you end up with this little mouthful of heaven.
