Sanlam Cape Town Marathon
Sanlam Cape Town Marathon is staged over 2 days – 19-20 September 2015. The main event is the 42.2km Marathon on Sunday 20th September starting at 07:00, starting from Helen Suzman Blvd and Vlei RD intersection in Green Point Cape Town with a cut off time of 7 hours.

Cape Town to Plettenberg Bay cycle route
A route to establish the Western Cape as the trail capital of Africa, with a safe, scenic cycling trail from Cape Town to Plettenberg Bay that will accommodate experienced to beginner riders and include challenging mountain trails, scenic forest single track, jeep track and road.

Table Mountain Cable Car re-open
The Annual Table Mountain Cableway maintenance which took place between 27 July and the 9 August 2015 has been completed!
The Cableway commenced operations on Monday 10 August 2015, with the past few weeks being very busy and expert engineers from Switzerland on site with technical crew sorting out the important rope change, switches, bearing, main gearbox, generators and general electronic components changes.
